There are two main ways for you to find what you’re looking for on Rob Perry Garden Machinery. Either you can browse by clicking through to a category page or you can use our search function.
To browse, just choose a category from the navigation bar or pick one of brands in the right hand side menu on the homepage. If you’ve chosen a brand such as Honda, all the products we have from that particular manufacturer will be listed. If you’ve chosen a category such as Lawn Mowers, you’ll be able to narrow down your search further by choosing relevant criteria such as Petrol Lawn Mowers.
If you’re after a specific product, use our search function to find it. You’ll find the search bar at the top of every page. Simply type in part of the product name and you’ll be presented with some items which match your search term in a dropdown menu. If you’d rather browse through all the relevant results, press return or click on the magnifying glass to be taken to a search results page.
We've recently introduced a more advanced search system. This means that you can narrow down your results by a series of criteria (found on the right hand side of the screen) to help you make sense of the results.

Finding Special Offers
Most of the products on Rob Perry Garden Machinery are priced less than the recommended retail price (RRP), so you will be able to find bargains just by browsing through the product pages. If you click through to the Special Offers page you will see some of the special offers we're currently highlighting - these could be anything from discounted seasonal goods to products with great savings.

Making A Purchase - UK Mainland
After you’ve decided on a product you can either click ‘MORE INFO’ to find out details about that product or click ‘BUY NOW’ to add that product to your basket.
On some of the product pages you will find a list of items which are frequently purchased with that product such as spare blades and service kits. If you would like to include any of these in your order, just change the quantity before you click through to ‘ADD TO BASKET’ and make your purchase. If you don’t want any of these extra products, just click the 'add to basket' button; they are all set to zero as default and will only be included if you choose to do so.
After you’ve clicked either buy now or add to basket you will be taken through to the basket page where you can check what you're ordering and your total. VAT is included in all our prices.
You can return to browsing by clicking ‘CONTINUE SHOPPING’ or if you’re done, click ‘CHECKOUT’ to add your delivery and payment details and complete your purchase.
On the checkout page you will be asked for your details. Fill in the address to which you would like the order to be delivered - there is an opportunity later to add a different billing address.
We use PayPal to take payment for orders, which means we never have access to your card details. We accept payment via Paypal, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron,Mastercard and Maestro.
If you're unable to complete your order through our online system for whatever reason, or would like to arrange payment by bank transfer, you can complete your order over the phone by calling 01297 631 314. Payment details will only be kept until your order has been placed. Once payment has been authorised we will destroy any copies of payment details we have taken.
Making A Purchase - Scottish Highlands, Offshore UK & Republic of Ireland
Please note: postage costs quoted in the basket refer to mainland UK addresses only.
If you're ordering to the Scottish Highlands, an offshore UK address or to the Republic of Ireland additional charges may apply. To receive a quote for these costs along with estimated delivery times, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your address and the items you would like to order.
You can still place your order through the website without receiving a quote but we will be in touch after the order has been placed to confirm delivery costs.
We can also process your order over the phone if you prefer. Please call 01297 631 314 during our office hours to do so.
If you wish to return any items please either phone 01297 631314 or use our contact form to send an email.
If you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day on which you receive your goods. All returns are at the customers expense. You must inform us of the cancellation of the contract in writing, acceptable by email or letter. Once the returnable goods are received by us, we will refund your payment within 3 days. Any item returned after the stipulated 7 days, should we accept the item as a return, we reserve the right to levy a restocking charge of 20%. Any items purchased and dispatched by us will be covered by insurance held by us as supplier. Any goods being returned are the responsibility of the sender and precautions should be taken to safeguard the returned goods: i.e., proof of postage of the items.
(Delivery costs will not be refunded if the returned goods are deemed to be damaged or destroyed or are in an unsalable condition. You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. Any goods returned to us, which are soiled, damaged or used, will not be refunded.) Any Parts which packages have been opened - are non refundable.
